Coming Soon: My Digital Studio

This week, Stampin Up's newest mini catalogue, their 2009 holiday mini, reveals two new product lines for Stampin Up: Simply Adorned, a jewelry line, and My Digital Studio.

Extremely intuitive, My Digital Studio allows crafters of all skill levels to easily navigate the program and design their own digital project or use hundreds of templates to create professionally designed cards, photo albums, scrapbooks, and more. New artwork and templates will be available on a regular basis for download via Stampin’ Up!’s Online Store. In addition, My Digital Studio will offer professional print services where customers can purchase bound photo albums, cards, individual scrapbook pages, and calendars.

The design studio offers perfect coordination when embellishing digital output products with traditional Stampin’ Up! embellishments, as well. Users can produce exquisite, multi-dimensional projects that marry the ease of digital with the beauty of handcrafted projects, creating what are known as hybrid projects.

 

Offering its products in a digital format with My Digital Studio is an extension to Stampin’ Up!’s product offerings and not a replacement of the traditional paper crafting products. Stampin’ Up! will continue to deliver innovative products using traditional formats, too.

I have to be honest with my readers: there are a lot of sets, accessories and embellishments in this cattie that I can't wait to get my hands on.  In looking at this mini, I've been inspired to create some interesting projects such as trying to duplicate the suitcase in this picture.

Over the next little while, I will be announcing the dates for some really interesting and fun workshops to open my new home studio.  While it isn't fully complete yet, my wonderful husband has created a space for me to play in until he finishes off my new studio.

Here's a sneak preview of some new product that will soon be available for purchase in the upcoming Occasions mini-catalogue (available April 1, 2009).  As many of you know, I like to make simple cards and window sheets - acetate sheets used as an overlay - can almost instantly take a blah card base and turn it into a "Wow, you made that?" card.  I can't wait to be able to order them - one of the many benefits of being a demonstrator is that I'll get to preorder some of the new stamp sets and the window sheets on Sunday, March 1 ~ I can't wait!
